“Damian,” Jason said, “we need to get the cat into the carrier to bring her to the Vet. Can you work on getting her inside it?”

“Certainly,” Damian replied, as he stood up. He cradled the kitten against his shoulder and crossed the room. Once he opened the door on the carrier he just… put the cat inside.

Just like that.

“I was not expecting it to be that easy,” Jason mumbled.

“Well,” Damian said with a smirk, “Not all of us are incompetent.”

“Yeah, thanks Damian,” Jason said with a roll of his eyes. He turned to the girls and said, “Okay, you two behave yourselves for Clark while Damian and I go to the vet. You can call me on the phone if you need to, but we’ll be back in time for dinner.”

“Okay,” Attie exclaimed excitedly.

Mara was standing behind Athanasia and Jon, who were both sitting on the floor, and she gave Jason an uncertain look, so Jason walked over and put an arm around her shoulders in a sort-of-hug.

“Have fun,” he said, “you won’t even notice we’re gone.”

“That’s doubtful,” she said, but she reluctantly pulled away and squat down on the ground with the other two.

“Ready Dames?” Jason asked.

“My name is Damian,” Damian said dryly, but he picked the carrier up, and walked out the front door.

“I guess that’s a yes. Thanks Clark for watching them.”

GUESS WHO WON'T BE IN THE NEXT CHAPTER?

Unceremoniously-evicted-from-the-story-arc-off-screen-Seishirou is my favourite version of Seishirou so far.

Also thank you to everyone who reminded me that it's his eye that lets him travel between worlds. I had completely forgotten, perhaps entirely through not paying him any attention :)

Zuko and Sokka have successfully escaped Zhao’s prison camp and have begun their journey across the Earth Kingdom in search of Aang or Chief Hakoda, whoever they find first. Still recovering from their experiences in captivity, both Zuko and Sokka struggle to heal from their past trauma while facing new enemies in an unfamiliar territory. Lucky for them, Sokka is full of good ideas and Zuko never gives up without a fight.

The Gaang (plus Jet) are continuing their journey to help Aang master all the elements and are faced with a few unexpected surprises.

A group of escaped prisoners tries their best to fix past mistakes and find their place in the war torn world, it doesn’t come as easy as they would have hoped.

Dabi was in a fucking mood today. Irritated. High. Horny. After his conversation with Kai yesterday, he needed something to blow off some steam. He was still annoyed that Kai had appointed him to make some kind of a ‘deal’ with Hawks. Not that it was going to be hard, honestly. Hawks liked the thrill of adventure, which made him predictably unpredictable. And the winged hero had clearly been looking for some kind of closure at the prison. If Dabi offered him a chance to earn that closure by embracing Dabi’s new identity, and getting to explore every little mark and scar that the past four years had left on him… preferably with his tongue… Dabi had a feeling he was going to jump at the opportunity. Than sprinkle in the thrill of helping to bring down some of the corruption that had separated them in the first place…

It was almost too easy.

Still, this meant that Dabi had to pretend to forgive him for at least some of his past sins. And he didn’t.

He stopped at apartment 813, reaching up and knocking on the worn wood of the door. He was eager to get out of the halls; the walls were stained an unsightly yellow and the entire eighth floor smelled like stale ramen.

All of this just to get the winged hero to overlook a few things around whatever plan Kai had up his sleeve. Something to do with the little girl he was picking up in Tokyo. They hadn’t had a lot of time to discuss the details. Hopefully Shouto would be able to find that damn bracelet. That it was still there, stored with who knows what other fucking shit he had thought was cool when he was sixteen and had access to Enji’s bottomless pocketbook. It was probably complete garbage, mostly.

Although perhaps he should have waited to go see Shouto until later tonight. God, the way he had responded to Dabi today. The flushed cheeks… the assumptions… the fucking hard-on. His skin had felt so warm against Dabi’s fingers. His mouth so obedient as he let Dabi slide his tongue inside of it… Fuck. Fuck. Fuck! His little brother was going to be the death of him. If Momo hadn’t been there, he wasn’t sure if he would have been able to stop himself from pushing Shouto back onto the bed and tasting every inch of his skin…

Fuck, he would have done unholy things to that body.

Kai would have been so fucking pissed.
