@charlesarthur @dremilyportermd @Suddenlink Competition. Everytime the local governments try to build their own network, Comcast or someone sues them as ‘unfair competition’ and wins! We have three providers, which is why I’m paying $50 for 300 Mbps (but I have to call every yr to stop it jumping to $90)

@comcastcares Why, you can't or won't fix anything. Reruns of current shows should NEVER incur a fee to catch up.I remember when cable TV was sold to the public as "Commercial free TV". We traded "FREE TV" for "pay, commercial free TV". And now have "Pay TV with commercials" ($250/mo con)

@Xfinity so my ******* power went out last night. And my router **** the bed in the process so now my wifi is ******* broken. The orange light won’t stop ******* blinking. Of course it had to happen on Christmas Day. Just to **** with me.

Dear @comcastcares @Xfinity @comcast Wish you Merry Christmas🎄,last 6 weeks we have been facing huge internet connectivity -slowness issues but same is not addressed in appropriate manner , 3 engineers have visited but they are doing same thing rather than finding root cause
